$10 Physicals this Saturday

This Saturday 10:30 – 11:30 May 16th at Western Kentucky Orthopedic and Neurosurgical Associates office on Lovers Lane (across from the Soccer Complex), the Western Kentucky Orthopedic and Neurosurgical Associates physicians along with local physicians will be performing KHSAA Sports Physicals. Get your physical form at school, fill out your information, have your parents sign their part and bring it to the physical.

Location: 165 Natchez Trace, Suite 100 (Off Lover’s Lane, across from the Soccer Complex)
What to bring: a KHSAA physical form with parent signature.
